Today was a much better day then yeaterday! The elevation today was the same as the blueridge park way and the previous day, somehow it felt alot less. The last 10 miles were killer. Lots of hills today, but it was not as steep as yesterday. I can tell we all are getting stronger. I helped Bryn and Olof make dinner today it was a good dinner I know it was enjoyed. She made Italian sausage and pepper and onions. And frenchfries, dessert my all time fave. Poundcake with strawberrys and blueberrys overit. I loved dinner tonight. Tomorow should be exciting hills all the way to Demascus, Va
